  • Orders are shipped using reputable carriers such as Australia Post, StarTrack, or Couriers, based on the destination and size of the package.

Shipping Destinations

  • We ship to all locations within Australia. Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Times

  • Orders are typically processed the following business day after receipt of payment.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on the destination:
    • Metropolitan areas: 2-5 business days
    • Rural areas: 5-10 business days
  • Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may be subject to carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email, allowing you to monitor your shipment's progress.

Returns Policy

Return Eligibility

  • We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and with all included accessories.

Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@fishlogica.com with your order number and details of the issue.
  • Upon approval, we will provide you with a return authorisation number and a prepaid shipping label.
  • Please package the item securely and include a copy of the invoice, the return authorisation number, and a brief note describing the reason for the return.

Refunds and Exchanges

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • For approved exchanges, we will ship a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

  • We do not accept returns for items that have been damaged due to misuse, neglect, or modification.
  • Returns requested beyond the 30-day window will be handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
